1. Authenticity Guarantee

At Bilati Baksho, we pride ourselves on delivering 100% authentic products. Every item sold is handpicked and purchased directly from verified retailers in the USA (such as Sephora, Ulta, Target, and brand stores). We guarantee that no fake or grey-market products are sold on our platform. Physical or digital receipts for your specific products can be shown upon request.

2. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because we sell personal care, skincare, and cosmetic items, we adhere to strict hygiene standards:

• All sales are final once a product is opened, unsealed, or used. We cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics under any circumstances.
• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the unopened product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery. Once a package is out for delivery with our courier, the order cannot be cancelled.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenience to our customers. By placing a COD order, you commit to paying for and accepting the package at the time of delivery.

• If a COD order is rejected at the door without a valid reason (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), the customer is still liable to pay the delivery fee.
• We reserve the right to ban or refuse future service to customers who repeatedly place and reject COD orders, or provide fake phone numbers and addresses.
• For high-value orders, we may require a partial advance payment via Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad) before dispatching the order via COD.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Bilati Baksho is an independent retailer and not the manufacturer of the products we sell. The ingredient lists, claims, and product descriptions provided on our site are sourced from the original manufacturers.

• We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or adverse effects caused by the products.
• We highly recommend that you review the ingredient list and perform a patch test before fully applying any new skincare or cosmetic product.
• If you have specific skin conditions or allergies, please consult a dermatologist before making a purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are typically 1-3 business days inside Dhaka, and 3-5 business days outside Dhaka. Delivery delays may occur due to external factors (weather, courier strikes, holidays), and Bilati Baksho is not liable for indirect delays caused by our third-party logistics partners.
